Development and Fundraising Assistant

The Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals is seeking a dedicated Christian to serve as Development and Fundraising Assistant. This position plays a key role in advancing the Alliance’s mission by supporting and executing a wide range of fundraising and development activities. The Development and Fundraising Assistant works closely with the Executive Director to expand donor engagement, strengthen fundraising strategies, and ensure effective operational support across development initiatives.
The role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Primary responsibilities include:
Donor Cultivation & Stewardship
Fundraising Campaigns & Communications
Events & Engagement
Reporting
Grant Writing
Prison Ministry Coordination
Board & Organizational Support
Job qualifications:
Credible profession of faith in Jesus Christ and membership in an evangelical church.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Experience with fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development preferred.
Familiarity with donor databases and reporting tools is a plus.
Nature and Scope:
This position requires the ability to balance a diverse portfolio of responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. The role involves frequent interaction with donors, leadership, and external partners, requiring professionalism, initiative, and sound judgment.
